BOZELIA POLICY

ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE

Check in: The arrival and the arrangement in the rooms will be possible after 13:00.
Check out: The departure from the rooms will become from 08:00 until 12:00.

RESERVATION POLICY

For reservations from 1 to 3 overnight stays: an advance of 1 overnight stay is required.
For reservations of beyond 4 overnight stays: an advance of 2 overnight stays is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Visitors can cancel free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival.
The visitor will be charged 30% of the total price if canceled within 21 days prior to arrival.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If the visitor does not appear, the total price will be charged.

ADVANCE PAYMENTY

Visitors will have to prepay 30% of the total price after booking.

CHANGES - MODIFICATIONS

For increase of days of stay, policy of reservations is in effect if the service is possible.
For reduction of days of stay, policy of cancellations is in effect for the respective days of cancellation.

WAYS OF PAYMENT

Deposit via banking account, or cash payments in Euros, in the reception of hotel with the receipt provided.
